Copilot Studio

Agents built for your processes

Where standard agents stop, Copilot Studio begins: agents that perform actions and talk to your business systems. We design, build and hand over.

In short

What is Copilot Studio?

Copilot Studio is the Microsoft tool for building custom agents that perform actions and connect to your business systems, picking up where standard, off-the-shelf agents stop.

We design, build and hand over the agent, then keep it manageable for your team. Copilot Cursus brings AI experience built up daily since 2022, with 70+ trajectories delivered.

What it does

What do you build with Copilot Studio?

Three agents organisations build with Studio — each one close to an existing process.

Internal service desk agent

Answers IT and HR questions from your knowledge base, raises tickets itself and escalates when unsure.

Customer service agent

Handles customer questions on your site or portal, linked to live product information and your CRM.

Process agent

Checks requests for completeness, pulls data through connectors and queues up the next step.

Our take

No standard agent fits? Then we build one.

The closer an agent sits to your processes, the bigger the payoff — and the sooner you need Studio.

How we work

From idea to a managed agent

  1. 01

    Sharpen the use case

Working session: which process, which sources, which actions. One scoped first agent.

  2. 02

    Prototype

A working version on real data within weeks, tested with real questions.

  3. 03

    Refine & test

Tighten instructions, catch edge cases, build in escalation, measure answer quality.

  4. 04

    Live & governance

A controlled rollout with management agreements: who owns quality, ownership and cost?

  5. 05

    Handover

We train your people in Studio, so further development does not depend on us.

Studio or not?

Sometimes Studio is not the answer

If a SharePoint agent or Agent Builder can handle it, we advise that — faster and cheaper. And sometimes the real problem is not an agent at all, but adoption.

Because we both train and build, you get the advice your situation calls for — not the product we happen to sell.

No

is also advice. If a standard agent does the job, we say so.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Copilot Studio is the low-code platform from Microsoft for building and managing your own AI agents. You set the instructions, knowledge sources, actions and channels yourself — from an internal help desk in Teams to an agent handling customer questions on your website or working through connectors with business systems.

When do you choose Copilot Studio over a ready-made agent?

Ready-made agents like SharePoint agents or Agent Builder are enough for question-and-answer on documents. You reach for Copilot Studio once an agent has to perform actions, talk to systems outside Microsoft 365 or run on external channels. Rule of thumb: the closer to your processes, the sooner you need Studio.

Do we need developers for Copilot Studio?

Not for simple agents: Studio is low-code and power users learn it well — that is something we train. For agents that integrate with business systems or hold complex logic, you need knowledge of connectors and Power Platform. We build those and hand the knowledge over to your team.

How do licences and costs of Copilot Studio work?

Copilot Studio runs on capacity-based usage licences, alongside any licences for the builders themselves. The impact depends on the number of agents and the expected conversations. Our proposal makes that licence impact clear upfront, so you are never caught off guard.

How do we stop a custom agent from answering nonsense?

By scoping sources tightly, testing instructions with real questions and setting up an evaluation set before the agent goes live. When in doubt, the agent escalates to a person rather than guessing. Testing and tuning belong to every delivery.

What work comes back every week?

Tell us. We sketch, with no obligation, how an agent solves it and what it returns.
